The Transcendental Meditation Program

More than 100,000 students have now learned the Transcendental Meditation^® technique as part of the David Lynch Foundation’s campaign to teach one million at-risk youth to meditate.

Performing artists like Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and Jerry Seinfeld have come forward to help promote this initiative.
