In this research study, people practicing the Transcendental Meditation program had a biological age that was 12 years younger than their actual age.

Reversal of Aging

To reverse the aging process you only need to do one thing—learn the Transcendental Meditation technique. Scientific research shows that 44 positive effects of the Transcendental Meditation program are exactly opposite to 44 detrimental effects of aging.

Summary of Research

One remarkable study examined the effect of the Transcendental Meditation program on “biological age.” Biological age measures the physical condition of your body in comparison to your “chronological” or actual age. For example, you might be 55 years old, but your body could be functioning as if it were only 45 years old. In other words, your biological age would be 10 years younger than your chronological age.

In this study, people who had been practicing the Transcendental Meditation program for more than five years had bodies that were on the average 12 years younger than their age. Short-term meditators were physically five years younger than their age.
