Dennis has been practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique since 1970, and became a certified teacher in 1972. He received a B.A. degree in Anthropology from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. Dennis enjoys photography, writing, and travel. He is currently Director of the Palm Springs Transcendental Meditation center, as well as the National Director of Education for the TM program.

Cheryl Beckett

Cheryl Beckett has been practicing the Transcendental Meditation Technique since 1971 and has been a TM teacher since 1973. She has taught the TM program throughout the U.S., as well as in France, Switzerland, India, and Germany. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Child Psychology and Development, and a Ph.D. in Nutrition. An author and former ski instructor, Cheryl has taught continuing education courses for the Colorado Dept. of Education and served on many non-profit boards.
