Our Veterans Are Lacking A Crucial Tool, And It’s Not Just Inconvenient – It’s Debilitating, And It’s Deadly.

We gave them weapons, armor, and training to prepare for war, but nothing for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and flashbacks. Every 80 minutes, a veteran in the United States of America commits suicide, because they don’t have the tools they need to survive post-traumatic stress. To honor our veterans this Memorial Day, watch this highlight video from the Iowa Veterans Summit to hear what veterans, military leaders, and researchers have to say about how we can help

“Our nations heroes deserve to live happy lives after serving our country. Unfortunately many of them are not, because they can’t find peace.”

Over half a million troops deployed since 2001 suffer from PTSD, but less than 20% will receive adequate care, half won’t receive any care at all, and none of the standard treatments are proving effective.

On the other hand, the Transcendental Meditation technique has been shown in published research to reduce depression and symptoms of PTSD by 40-55%. Hundreds of veterans have found inner peace and wellness through the TM technique, but there are hundreds of thousands more.
