Authentic TM technique

There are many kinds of meditation practices available, which differ in their method of practice, outcomes, and effectiveness. When you learn TM from a certified teacher, you can be sure you are learning the authentic technique.

Certified TM teachers

TM teachers receive professional level training and certification – over 1000 hours of in-residence training.

One-on-one instruction

All certified TM teachers provide personal one-on-one TM instruction—as well as group sessions over the next three days to verify correctness of the practice and provide further instruction.

Free lifetime support

One-on-one “tune-ups” of your TM practice and Q&A’s with certified teachers, and TM refresher courses, at any TM center or with any TM teacher in the US.

TM community

Advanced lectures, group meditations, special events, and access to specialized online resources and videos, and more.

Non-profit

The TM technique is taught in the U.S. by Maharishi Foundation USA, a federally recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization.
