About Transcendental Meditation Chicago: The Transcendental Meditation technique has been taught throughout the Chicago area for the past 50 years. The TM technique is a simple, natural, effortless process, practiced 15-20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. It is unique: fundamentally different from other techniques of meditation, in practice and results. We offer ongoing meditation classes in Chicago, taught by certified instructors who also provide free follow-up and support.
How does it work? The TM® technique allows your mind to settle inward, beyond thought, to experience the silent reservoir of energy, creativity and intelligence found within everyone—a natural state of restful alertness.
