About Transcendental Meditation Salt Lake City
The Transcendental Meditation technique has been taught continuously in the Salt Lake City area for over 50 years—and the technique has been learned by more than 5 million people worldwide. The TM technique is a simple, natural process practiced 15-20 minutes twice daily, while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. Among the various forms of meditation, TM practice is unique: distinguished by its wide variety of scientifically proven benefits and how easy it is to learn and practice—in fact, effortless is the key to the technique’s effectiveness. Our Salt Lake City meditation classes are offered several times a month for the Greater Salt Lake Area.
