About Transcendental Meditation Seattle
The Transcendental Meditation technique has been taught in Greater Seattle continuously since the 1960s—and has been learned by over 5 million people worldwide. The TM® technique is unique among the various forms of meditation: it is effortless and easy to learn, and most people report benefits right from the start.
