Felicity was a primary school teacher in London when she learned Transcendental Meditation in 1980. The benefits she gained from practising this simple, natural meditation were so effective that the desire to become a teacher seemed a natural progression. She has worked for the TM organisation for more than 40yrs teaching in London with John Darby and other colleagues which involved introducing TM programmes in businesses and other organisations. She returned to her home county of Suffolk to run the beautiful, rural Suffolk TM residential Centre for 14 years with her husband, moving to the new facility in Rendlesham to teach and hold meetings with John, Annie and John, which they joyfully continue to do.

Felicity has taken several courses in Maharishi Ayurveda, a prevention-oriented, time-tested and holistic natural health system, and has a diploma in Marma Therapy, a gentle, effective treatment of the body's energy points and channels to purify, strengthen, rejuvenate and revitalise the body.
