Based in Leeds, Joel completed his training to be a TM Teacher in 2026 and offers courses, info sessions, and a range of events in the area. He previously worked as an environmental and wellbeing consultant, where he saw first hand how stress is a common challenge across organisations. This led him to train as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation, with the intention to share this simple technique which had a clear positive impact on his own stress levels.

Outside of teaching, he enjoys regenerative agriculture, climbing, and spending time in nature. He creates a relaxed and supportive environment and looks forward to welcoming you to the TM Centre
