Pavel is a Certified TM Teacher having taught meditation for almost 30 years to people from a wide range of backgrounds, including sports professionals, business leaders and creatives.

Alongside teaching Transcendental Meditation, Pavel has a long-standing career as a simultaneous interpreter. His first-hand experience of performing under pressure gives him a deep understanding of how TM supports clarity, resilience, and balance in modern life.
