Ric has been teaching the Transcendental Meditation technique in Guildford and the surrounding area since 1988. Since that time, he has taught many hundreds of people. Ric learned the TM technique when he was 17 and has been meditating ever since. When not teaching TM courses, he has spent the majority of his professional life working in the voluntary sector, developing projects to support disabled young people both in the UK and in Africa.
