On a hybrid TM course, the first session is in person, one-on-one with your certified TM instructor, while the following sessions are completed remotely. The remote sessions include a combination of interactive learning on our custom app and virtual meetings with your TM instructor.

The fully in-person TM course takes place on four consecutive days. The first session is done in person, one-on-one with your local certified TM instructor. The following three sessions also take place in person with your TM instructor, in small groups.
