The first session, when you will learn the TM technique, is always one-on-one and in person with your TM teacher.

Further learning during sessions 1-4 can be completed in one of two ways for your convenience. You'll get the same knowledge from both options.

In addition, with generous donations, scholarships and partial grants may be available for those in need of financial assistance, frontline workers, and veterans, as funds allow.

Your course is fully refundable and can be rescheduled at any time. Your card will only be charged two days before the start of your course.
