Jane Trevelyan learned the TM technique in 1970 from one of the first US TM teachers, Beulah Smith. She became a TM teacher in 1976. Jane lived in Fairfield Iowa for 15 years and was on staff and faculty there at Maharishi International University. She has a Masters degree in Maharishi Vedic Science. She has been teaching the TM technique regularly in California since 2016.

Jane enjoys teaching the TM technique to new students and supporting the growth of longer-term meditators who want to refresh and strengthen their understanding of higher states of consciousness. TMers report natural growth of inner happiness, clarity of mind, improved health and more enjoyable relationships. Seeing these natural changes gives Jane much joy.

Jane has 4 children and 6 grandchildren and enjoys an active family life. She lives in the forest just outside Mt Shasta, CA and loves all outdoor activity, including hiking, swimming, gardening, and snow-shoeing in winter. She is semi-retired but still loves any opportunity to introduce people to TM.
