Day 1: All TM courses start with a one-on-one, in-person instruction with your teacher to begin learning the TM technique

Days 2 - 4: Develop and refine your understanding of your TM practice (~1.5 hours per session). In-person courses meet in a group together with your teacher. Hybrid courses combine self-guided learning through an app and remote meetings with your teacher.

The TM technique is taught by a non-profit organization committed to making TM’s benefits available to as many people as possible. To honor this mission, the TM course fee is income-based and can be paid in installments. 

In addition, scholarships and partial grants may be available for those in need of financial assistance, frontline workers, and veterans, as our donation funds allow.
