Barbara, Director of the Anchorage, Alaska TM center, learned the TM technique in 1972. She immediately started taking courses to become a certified TM instructor when she recognized the great value that TM instruction could provide to everyone’s life. She has taught over 2000 people over the years and continues to actively teach in Alaska, often flying to Juneau, Kodiak and Fairbanks to reach out to veterans, police officers, counselors, nurses, families, and other professionals.

Barbara is also a certified Consciousness Advisor professional, offering Technologies of Consciousness to help clients reach their goals at the next level of achievement.

She has an MA from the University of Alaska and has taught literature at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Central Texas College and Wayland Baptist University. She is a certified yoga instructor, a certified ballroom dance instructor, a certified ice skating instructor, loves teaching and editing and singing and also was a swimming instructor.
