Emily Fitz Randolph is a certified Transcendental Meditation teacher based in Los Angeles. She serves as Co-Director of the Los Angeles TM Centers, Regional Director of the West Coast TM Programs, and partners with the David Lynch Foundation to support Meditate LA initiatives. She has taught over 1500 people TM.

Emily is trained in teaching this systematic technique in a clear, enjoyable, practical way. Ensuring that you will be able to practice on your own for the rest of your life and gain all the benefits it provides — including clearer more creative thinking, resilience to stress, and a deeper connection with yourself and with those around you.

She holds a BA in Psychology and Visual Arts, and an MS in Integrative Medicine, Ayurveda. Prior to becoming a TM teacher, Emily held leadership roles in Human Capital Management at several top-tier global financial and consulting firms.
