Rossella is the Director of the Seattle Transcendental Meditation® Center, with locations in Capitol Hill and Edmonds. She learned Transcendental Meditation at age 18 in Italy, and it has been an important part of her life ever since.

Rossella earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and later completed a PhD in Robotics. During her years in research, TM remained her grounding constant, helping her balance the intensity of deadlines, challenges, and big ideas with clarity and ease.

After becoming a certified TM teacher, Rossella has taught Transcendental Meditation to hundreds of people from many backgrounds, including students, artists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and retirees. She has shared TM in two very different but vibrant cities, Seattle and New York City. Her teaching style blends warmth, clarity, and a light sense of humor because learning something profound does not have to feel heavy.

Rossella’s main focus is helping people establish a regular and effortless TM practice they can rely on in daily life.

She is also a consultant in Maharishi Ayurveda, which complements her work with meditation by supporting overall health and balance. Her ultimate goal is to make Transcendental Meditation practical, accessible, and meaningful for modern life.
